User Agreement

1. The Livoco Service

Livoco is a music-focused community where users can participate in live voice rooms, post short videos, discuss music, interact with other users, and access related social and creative features. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally permitted to use Livoco in your location and meet any minimum age required by applicable law. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Community Conduct

You agree to treat other users respectfully and use Livoco only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Harass, threaten, bully, exploit, or impersonate another person.
• Post hateful, sexually exploitative, excessively violent, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful content.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Spam users, manipulate engagement, distribute malware, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation.
• Attempt to bypass security, access restrictions, moderation measures, or account sanctions.
• Use Livoco to promote illegal goods, services, or activities.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and post. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share it, including rights relating to music, recordings, performances, images, and people appearing in your content.

By posting content, you grant Livoco a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, perform, distribute, and otherwise use that content solely to operate, improve, promote, and provide Livoco. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is reasonably necessary for backups, legal obligations, safety, or prior authorized uses.

5. Music and Intellectual Property

Do not upload music, beats, lyrics, recordings, videos, artwork, or other materials unless you created them or have permission to use them. Livoco may remove or restrict content that is reported or reasonably believed to infringe intellectual property rights. Repeated infringement may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Live Rooms and User Interactions

Live rooms and social interactions may expose you to opinions or content from other users. Livoco does not endorse user statements and cannot guarantee the identity, conduct, or reliability of users. Use appropriate judgment when communicating, collaborating, meeting, or exchanging information with others.

7. Purchases

Livoco may offer digital items, subscriptions, or other paid features. Prices and included benefits will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through an app store are also governed by that store’s payment and refund rules. Except where required by law or platform policy, completed purchases may be non-refundable. Digital items have no cash value outside Livoco and may not be transferred or sold unless expressly permitted.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms, community safety standards, platform rules, or applicable laws have been violated. We may also take action to protect users, Livoco, or third parties from harm or legal risk.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your relationship with Livoco.

10. Third-Party Services

Livoco may depend on app stores, payment processors, analytics providers, hosting services, notification services, or external links. Third-party products are governed by their own terms and policies, and Livoco is not responsible for services it does not control.

11. Service Availability

Livoco is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent storage of content, or that every feature will remain available. You should keep copies of content that is important to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Livoco and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Account Termination

You may stop using Livoco at any time and may request account deletion through available in-app controls or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access as described in these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, licenses already relied upon, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will remain effective.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update this User Agreement to reflect changes to Livoco, law, or our practices. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
